Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £500 within Country/Region. International orders and express shipping options do not qualify for free shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, and taxes depending on their location. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • We accept returns on items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.
  • Custom or personalized dolls are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damaged or Defective Items
